Timothy R. Casey brings over 40 years of litigation experience to the firm. He specializes in criminal defense litigation both at the trial and appellate level in both State and Federal Courts. He has been selected again as a Super Lawyer in the Criminal Defense field.
His practice includes the representation of individuals who are charged with the most serious of cases. .He has represented clients in Federal cases and investigations in numerous jurisdictions in California.
He is licensed in the State of California and was a former member of the California Capital Litigation Bar Panel. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for Orange county. where he is a member of its Trial Bar. He has also been admitted as a regular and pro-vice member in numerous US district and state courts throughout the United States. He has been admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals for the Twenty Circuit.
Mr. Cassey obtained his law degree in 1980 from The Regents of University of California. He graduated from Che Crustees of the California State university and colleges in 1977 with an A.B. in History.
